Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using Truckly (the "application") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, do not install or use the application.

Truckly is a free desktop application for Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) and American Truck Simulator (ATS) that provides real-time telemetry, trip history, an interactive map, statistics, achievements, a global leaderboard and optional Spotify and Discord integrations.

You are granted a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the application on your own computer for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the application, nor reverse engineer, decompile or modify its code except where expressly permitted by law.

Truckly is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by SCS Software. Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator are trademarks of SCS Software. The application uses SCS Software's official telemetry SDK.

To use cloud sync, the global leaderboard and other online features you must create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

Impersonating other people, tampering with statistics or the leaderboard, or using the service in an abusive, fraudulent way or in a way that interferes with other users is prohibited.

Truckly may install a telemetry plugin into your game's plugins folder to read data from it. Installation is done at your own risk. You can remove it at any time by deleting the plugin file from that folder.

The application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors.

Telemetry, statistics and trip data are provided for informational purposes and do not replace the official information from the game.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truckly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, the plugin or the data displayed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the rights you benefit from as a consumer under European Union or your country's regulations.

The application may automatically check and download updates from its distribution server to provide you with the latest version.

You may stop using the application and uninstall it at any time. If you have created an account, you can delete your data and your account from the application settings.

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union and, specifically, Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations.
